During my recent stay at a beautiful retreat nestled in Igatpuri, I had the pleasure of experiencing a delightful surprise. Upon check-in, I was amazed to find a personalized birthday celebration setup in my room. The team at the resort had gone above and beyond to create a festive ambiance with colorful balloons and a bountiful feast. It truly made my special day even more memorable.

Christmas was a blast! I loved the delicious breakfast they offered, and the complimentary hot cocoa was a lovely touch. the hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and the pool was perfect for sunbathing. I enjoyed relaxing in my spacious room with a view of the city.

Disliked the limited dining options nearby and the staff's lack of knowledge about the area. I also found the room slightly dusty upon arrival.

Spent this Christmas at a charming retreat surrounded by lush green lawns and lovely views. The hotel was at an ideal distance from the city and offered excellent food and courteous service. The rooms were spacious, the pool was good, and the game room was satisfactory. The most memorable part of our stay was the wonderful play area for kids, which kept our little ones entertained all throughout.

The bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the drainage issue dampened our experience. , there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
